artemide boalum light

designed by livio castiglioni and gianfranco frattini for artemide, the award winning boalum has featured in two art and design museums and can be used as a table, floor or wall lamp. with a reinforced flexible plastic structure, the boalum can be wound into any shape and up to 4 individual sections can be connected to each other in a series to make a length of 8 metres. the boalum has diffused light emission and each of the inner series of torpedo lamps are separated by an insulating sphere.
