artemide pipe ceiling/wall light

pipe is a truly flexible light which can be mounted on a wall or ceiling. it was designed by world renowned architect herzog & de meuron (tate modern, birds nest stadium in beijing) for artemide. made from flexible painted metal this is cased in an anti-yellowing silicone case. It has a micro-perforated reflector made from a transparent rubber-effect painted polycarbonate with an inner mirror aluminium reflector. collectively these materials improve the quality of the light emitted as well as enriching the whole of the design. takes 1 x 32w g24 elec ballast - included
