designed by vico magistretti for kartell, the mauna-kea family is ideal for both the business market or for home use in the dining room, study or the kitchen for example. available versions are 2 heights of stool, a four-legged chair with or without armrests and a five spoke, height-adjustable swivel chair with armrests and self-braking wheels, which is perfect for the office (listed seperately). the structure is made of polished aluminium with a scratch-resistant coating and the seat and backrest, in a choice of four colours, from durable polypropylene. all are stackable, have galvanised fastening screws which combined with the aluminium structure, make the kartell mauna-kea family particularly resistant to use outside. the slate coloured chairs are also available in fire retardant class 1 finish. kartell mauna-kea are usually sold in boxes of 2, price shown is for a single chair
